About
Founded on the conviction that exceptional architecture demands forensic care rather than generic facility management. We unite licensed conservation architects, private estate managers, and discreet residential directors to safeguard high-consequence private properties with unyielding precision.

Domoro was conceived across the kitchen table of a restored 16th-century finca in Deià, Mallorca. Its founders—a conservation architect and an institutional private banker—recognized an endemic blind spot in ultra-prime real estate: while millions were committed to peerless design and unrepeatable artisanal masonry, subsequent custodial upkeep was systematically relegated to conventional property managers.
Generic facility protocols inevitably fail bespoke architectural craft. Porous Marés stone washed with caustic municipal detergents, custom lime plaster ruined by non-breathable sealants, and intricate geothermal hydronic loops miscalibrated by off-the-shelf HVAC technicians represented not mere aesthetic errors, but catastrophic capital and material degradation.

Curatorial Stance
