Scope of Custodial Services
Domoro provides architectural preservation, physical diagnostics, and private residential stewardship exclusively pursuant to executed individual mandates. These Terms govern preliminary digital correspondence, portfolio access, and formal engagement protocols.
Verification & Principal Identity
Prior to assuming operational custody or providing access to confidential residence dossiers, Domoro conducts strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) validations under applicable Swiss and international banking conventions.
Intellectual Property & Monographs
All architectural drawings, photographic plates, structural diagnostic surveys, and property monographs produced by Domoro remain the exclusive intellectual property of Domoro AG or protected custodial trusts. Reproduction or unredacted dissemination is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties covenant to maintain absolute secrecy regarding property locations, beneficial owners, family office trustees, and operational telemetry. All contractor engagements and artisan works are held under bilateral non-disclosure agreements.
Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
While Domoro exercises rigorous institutional diligence and preventative forensic engineering, Domoro AG shall not be liable for indirect structural loss, acts of state, or latent geotechnical anomalies beyond the scope of continuous sensor monitoring.
Termination & Custodial Transition
Mandates may be concluded upon 90 days' formal notice. Upon conclusion, Domoro executes a structured handover protocol, securely archiving or transferring all physical keys, access tokens, and digital BIM schematics to the incoming designated fiduciary.
Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms and all custodial covenants shall be governed exclusively by the substantive laws of Switzerland, with dispute resolution conducted under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration in the Canton of Zürich.
